- Ms. Gwynedd Nora Owen- Ex-counselor @ Universiti Tenaga Nasional
Ms. Gwynedd Nora Owen was previously a counselor at the Institute of Liberal Studies (IKAL), a college of Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN). She was in charge of the students in the Preparatory Program for Overseas Universities (PPOU). Most of the students in the program are preparing themselves to attend a college or university in the United States. Ms. Gwen is always open to requests for recommendation letters because she is widely accepted as the momma of all students and she treats them like her own children. This in turns gives her the best advantage of writing recommendation letters, because she truly knows and understands all her students. “Ms. Gwen knows best” could be her tagline.
