Ng Jung Kian
Jung Kian is a rising junior at University of Southern California with an intended major of mechanical engineering. This year 2012, is going to be his fourth year being part of USAPPS. USAPPS helped him to pull through the tedious US applications process and grow as a person. He also met friends of a life time who share the same passion in helping and motivating people. He wishes to give back what he was given in USAPPS and of course, to meet more friends who study in the US, so that he would have more places to crash for his breaks. He’s contactable via njkian[at]gmail[dot]com.
Ng Sin Seanne
Sin Seanne is a rising junior at Mount Holyoke College. She loves swimming and is on the varsity team at her college. Sin Seanne also loves to travel and explore new places and has studied in three different continents – Asia (India and Malaysia), North America and South America (Costa Rica). She is also an alumnus of Mahindra United World College of India where she studied the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program.
Sin Seanne has been part of USAPPS for two years and is loving every moment of it. She believes that USAPPS serves as an avenue for Malaysian students to explore the option of higher education in the USA. She also enjoys watching American sports especially baseball and is a fan of the Boston Red Sox.
Adelyn Yeoh Jia Hui
Adelyn is a rising sophomore at Mount Holyoke College, where she is planning to major in International Relations and Mathematics. Her brush with USAPPS first occurred in 2010: she was a participant in the KV-2 Day workshop before becoming a facilitator during the 2011 USAPPS Penang workshop. USAPPS has helped her reach out to a wide network people who are inspiring individuals yet passionate about helping students (like you!) attain their dream of studying in the United States. Adelyn aspires to carry those sentiments through the 2012 series of workshops! As she is also a strong advocate for Liberal Arts Education, talk to her if you want to know more!
